Jo is an etiquette consultant, Speech Pathologist & TV reporter, based in Australia.

Jo holds a Bachelors degree in Speech Pathology and a Masters degree in Journalism.

Having completed a world-first research thesis on afternoon tea etiquette (Queensland University of Technology, 2011), Jo is the only etiquette consultant in the world to have academic research to her name.

Jo’s unique experience as a Speech Pathologist, broadcast journalist, and etiquette researcher places her ahead of the field in consulting on all things etiquette, manners, and speech.
