Jo is an etiquette consultant, Speech-Language Pathologist & TV reporter, based in Brisbane, Australia.

Jo holds a Bachelors degree in Speech Pathology and a Masters degree in Journalism.

Having completed a world-first research thesis on afternoon tea etiquette (Queensland University of Technology, 2011), Jo is the only etiquette consultant in the world to have academic research to her name.

Jo’s unique experience as a Speech Pathologist, 15 year career as a broadcast journalist, and world-leading etiquette researcher places her ahead of the field in consulting on all things etiquette, manners, and speech.

Jo offers one-on-one coaching and consultation, to individuals and businesses, on a wide range of etiquette, protocol and communication topics.
